Pop punk mainstays Fall Out Boy have posted a video response to reports that a high school marching band has been forbidden from playing their song ‘Thnks Fr Th Mmrs’.

Students in the Pennsylvania Garden Spot High School marching band were informed they were not allowed to play the song due to the potential offense the lyrics could cause, despite the song being performed as an instrumental. There were concerns it could “reflect badly on the school district.”

In response, bassist Pete Wentz said that FoBstand on the side of creativity”, and have offered to come to the school and play with the band.
