Dubai-based metal brigade Anurzym have recently posted a guitar tutorial video for their track ‘Wide Awake‘, taken from the July release ‘Worms Eye View‘.
The band are following in the footsteps of legends with guitarist John Bakhos saying that ‘Our influences include guitar legends such as Dimebag Darrell, Slash, Rudolf Schenker, Jimi Hendrix, Marty Friedman, John Petrucci, Alex Lifeson, Brian May and Mark Tremonti. These are musicians that have revolutionised the way that the guitar is played and have used their skills to create music that withstands the test of time. As a band, we try to create music with this mindset’.
