Mike Portnoy’s own Adrenaline Mob has been voted iTunes UK’s ‘Best New Metal Artist of the Year’ with their debut album ‘Omertà .’
To celebrate this triumphant news, the album is featuring on iTunes at just £5.99 for the Christmas period.
Singer Russell Allen says: “We are extremely honored to be voted New Artist of the Year in the metal category by iTunes UK and we can’t wait to cross the pond and rock out with all the awesome UK metal heads!”
The band is currently getting set to record a number of cover songs for a CD edition of ‘Omertà ’ which is due to be released next year.
