Calvin Harris has been a busy bee as of late – appearing on soft drink ads, working with Neyo, Cheryl Cole and now Scissor Sisters. He’s co-produced the bands next single ‘Only The Horses’ after his relationship with Jake Shears sparked whilst working together on Kylie Minogue’s ‘Aphrodite’ album.
“When we wrote ‘Horses’, I immediately knew that he’d help knock it out of the park,” says Jake. “I wrote it for one of my best friends,” he explains.”We had so many amazing adventures this past year travelling the world. It’s about being friends with someone you’re so happy to know.”
Teamed with a bright, energetic and exuberant video the euphoric single is out on May 20th and will be the second release from their fourth album ‘Magic Hour’ released May 20th. Watch the video below!
Recorded in London and New York, ‘Magic Hour’ conjures up collaborations with a whole host of impressive artists from Azealia Banks, Alex Ridha, Calvin Harris and Pharrell Williams! Check out the tracklisting below.
