Described as a “festival in a day”, BBC Radio 2 have announced the line up for their show in Hyde Park for this September on the 24th.
Jeff Smith, Head of Music, Radio 2 and 6 Music described it as: “Another year and another stellar line-up come together for a day of fantastic music which showcases the range and diversity of music provided by Radio 2 – the nation’s favourite radio station. And what better way to say goodbye to the summer than a music fuelled day out with friends and family?“
Tickets go on sale tomorrow and they have announced the first batch of acts that will be playing that day.
Big names like Billy Ocean and Blondie have been announced to play as well as Paloma Faith, Kacey Musgraves, Bellowhead, Chrissie Hynde and Gregory Porter.
