When talking about the upcoming McBusted album, Tom Fletcher said the band will not be copying current trends when making it.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Fletcher said that they won’t be looking to emulate newer music on the album, saying: “I think it’s always a mistake if you try and chase what is current. If we started writing now, then by the time it’s released it doesn’t matter. We’re very proud of the fact that the songs we play now still feel as fresh as they did ten years ago when they were released.”
He then went on to say; “I feel like they’ve aged quite well. I don’t really know how we did that, but I think we’d like to do that more.”
The boys just played their biggest show together at London’s Hyde Park for the British Summertime Festival.
Are you guys excited for the new McBusted album?!
