It’s been announced that Kylie Minogue will be closing this year’s Commonwealth Games ceremony.
The Australian star will perform in front of 40,000 people at Glasgow’s Hampden Park on August 3, symbolising the move of the Commonwealth from Scotland to Australia in 4 years time where the games will next take place.
Other acts set to join Minogue are Lulu, Dougie MacLean and Deacon Blue. On the line-up, Glasgow 2014 chief executive David Grevemberg said: “We are delighted to reveal the glittering line-up of Scottish and international talent joining us in Hampden Park for the closing ceremony.”
Should be quite a show, will you be tuning in?
