Girl Power: Bestival Add Ella Eyre, Charli XCX And More Females To 2015 Line-Up

Bestival have announced a series of females that will be joining the 2015 event.

The ‘ladies’ announcement has confirmed acts such as Ella Eyre, Charli XCX, Lianne La Havas and Neneh Cherry.

About the announcement, festival organiser Rob Da Bank said: “Well whaddya know? There are shedloads of amazing people making some startlingly good music at the moment… from pop to leftfield, soul to hip-hop and some ace DJs too, and look, lots of them are female! Whatever next?”

The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Duran Duran and many more have already been confirmed for the event, set to take place on the Isle of Wight from 10th-13th September.
