Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty and Carl Barat were spotted in Barcelona playing old Libertines track ‘The Domestic’ this week. The pair, seen to be reunited outdoors on a Spanish evening, were caught on film playing the song that was written prior to the band signing to Rough Trade.

In a recent interview with NME, Doherty said: “We were talking about doing some new songs…Or even better, finishing some old songs that we always knew should have been on ‘Up The Bracket’ if we could have been arsed. I could hum them and Carl would know about them.”

The Libertines will play Hyde Park this summer, as a reunion show at the British Summer Time Festival.
