The Lumineers Release New Video And Announce Vinyl Reissue

Brand new single and vinyl reissue from The Lumineers!

American folk rock crew The Lumineers release their third single ‘Submarines’, off their self-titled debut album. You can watch the video below!

Additionally, The Lumineers are also set to release a deluxe reissue of their hugely successful self-titled debut album on Monday 21st October. The album, which is certified platinum (300,000+ copies) in the UK has spent 48 weeks in the charts, while first single ‘Ho Hey’ was recently announced as one of the most streamed songs of last year.

The band’s numerous festival performances (Glastonbury, T in the Park, Reading & Leeds, iTunes) and nominations cement what has been a phenomenal year for the Denver five-piece who have sold over 2 million copies globally of their album globally and over 3.5 million single downloads of Ho Hey.

The deluxe reissue sees five new tracks appear, including rarities, a live performance and a cover of Talking Heads’ This Must Be The Place (Naïve Melody). In addition, the package features a DVD containing the documentary On The Road With The Lumineers as well as the music videos for Ho Hey and Stubborn Love. All content is included in digital purchases from iTunes.

The Lumineers will be touring in late November, ending with their largest UK headline show to date at London’s Alexandra Palace on Tuesday 28th November. Demand for tickets in the past year has been astonishing; graduating from Hoxton Bar & Grill, to Koko, then Shepherd’s Bush Empire and two consecutive nights at Brixton Academy, followed by a sold out UK tour. This latest set of shows will blow their previous dates out of the water – you need only take one look at the audience engagement at their Reading slot to see how dedicated and enthusiastic their fan base is.
