With the end of 2011 came the start of a band like no other, and what a start it would go on to be. Performing a phenomenal set at Manchester’s very own Sounds from the Other City Festival, this would lead the way to support slots with the likes of The Halls and DZ Deathrays and not to mention a performance at Dot to Dot Festival.
Embers also spent 2012 busy in the studio recording a handful of singles as well as the release of a 2-track 7” featuring both ‘Tunnel Vision’ and ‘Sins Unknown’.
Two new songs by the names of ‘Hollow Cage’ and ‘Part of the Echoes’ would go on to be released as singles accompanied by two cinematically stunning live video footage filmed in the famous Gorton Monastery.
