The Horrors have finally uploaded the official video for their latest single ‘So Now you Now‘, taken from their fourth album Luminous, released May 5th.
The ‘American friendly’ clip shows singer Farris Badwin just having a nice little stroll around an almost deserted town, inter-cut with rather pretentious dancing by some American(?)teenagers. The Horrors have come a long way from the East London gothic grime of their debut album. The more commercial sounding effort, still has the 80’s electronic influences from their previous two albums, but with the guitars even more restrained.
Is this the sign of a big push towards the American market for the five piece? It worked for Simple Minds.
