‘Program’ have confirmed another new artist to sign to the sub label, for ‘Ram Records’.
Tamas Kelle, aka Kelle, a Drum and Bass producer hailing from Pécs of Hungary, has signed both his tracks ‘Respirator‘ and ‘Radiophobia‘.
His production has always been unusual and he combines his work with modern experiments.
