Hospital Recordings made an exciting new signing today, announcing three new artists, Krakota, Lynx and Reso.
Krakota with his ear-catching tunes that have signed to the likes of Critical Recordings and Ingredients and Integreal, was one of the first big signings. He was famous for his contributions to the label when he produced tracks for the ‘Hospital; We Are 18‘ album in January this year. Expect a lot of jungle, bass infused tunes from him in the near future.
Lynx with his funk-fulled sets, has reinvented different sounds in the Drum & Bass scene. Well known for gaining a reputation to smash dancefloors, and like his production, it appeals to clubbers no matter what style of Drum & Bass they are into. After signing his tunes to numerous record labels like RAM Records and Digital Soundboy, he has clearly demonstrated that he is not afraid to break the mold, whilst staying true to his not just fresh but diverse sound to his production.
Reso has felt like he has made a small contribution to the Hospital Recordings family already, after signing one of his famous tunes ‘Slap Chop’ to the compilation CD, ‘Sick Music 2’. Hospital Recordings have quoted that they “loved his work with Civil Music and are ecstatic to have him on board.”
