Manchester’s Big People Music are giving away a free download of Ace Faro‘s track ‘Oh Lord‘ in celebration of their first label release.
Ace Faro learned his trade on pirate radio, rising to the top of Manchester’s grim and hip hop scene to become host of the BPM club nights, and ‘Oh Lord‘ is a perfect party of grimey riddims and lightning-speed flows.
With dark basslines and threatening melodies, ‘Oh Lord‘ gives you a real feel what the BPM scene is all about. Now having launched a label with the same name, BPM residents Phaze One, Darka and Madam X promise to promote and exposes artists they’ve seen honing their skills on the local scene, bringing them to a wider audience.
And by the sounds of this banger, they have some mighty fine things in store…
