After attending an illegal rave in East Croydon, South London a 15 year old boy has died.
According to the Croydon Advertiser, the boy drank a beer which contained the drug Ketamine. A 19 year old is also in hospital.
The rave took place in an old Royal Mail distribution building and was thought to have hosted over a thousand ravers. The police were at the scene but stood off in fears the massive crowd could get out of the police’s control.
It is thought the police may have know the rave would be taking place a week prior to the event. An investigation is going on to see if this could have been prevented.
