Netflix have released the first teaser trailer of their new original adult-humour cartoon, BoJack Horseman. The series will follow the life of the title character BoJack, a horse with a failed sit-com career and a drinking problem, who is trying to make a comeback in the world of entertainment.
The horse character will be voiced by actor Will Arnett (Arrested Development), who will be joined by Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul as his human friend in a world where humans and animals interact. The series will see a host of human and animal characters voiced by stars such as Amy Sedaris, Paul F Tompkins and Alison Brie.
Arnett and Paul are set to be executive producers, with Arnett saying of the script: “”There’s a specific vision here and it’s a strong group of writers. It’s perfectly suited for Netflix.”
The released date on Netflix is August 22, the series will run for 12 episodes.
