Warner Bros. and Paramount, who have joined forces on this movie, have also launched the films official website www.interstellarmovie.net
The trailer is supposed to be released today as well showing just before viewings of The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug and so we may well have that for you in a couple of days when it eventually hits the web.
Interstellar is set in the future where a huge wormhole has been created in space. The official movie summary reads “In the future, governments and economies across the globe have collapsed, food is scarce, NASA is no more, and the 20th Century is to blame. A mysterious rip in spacetime opens and it’s up to whatever is left of NASA to explore and offer up hope for mankind”.
The frankly phenomenal cast includes Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Chastain, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck, Anne Hathaway, Matt Damon, David Oyelowo, Topher Grace and Ellen Burstyn.
This is Nolan’s first film since he completed The Dark Knight Rises and rounded the trilogy off, whilst also finding time to make the masterpiece Inception in between as well. Fans of his are eagerly awaiting the release of the film, which comes out over here on November 7th 2014.
