Those little yellow creatures are back with their own solo film debut and we have managed to get hold of the first official poster.
Due to the success of the gibberish-talking, violent yet loyal minions in both the first and second Despicable Me films, Universal and Illumination Entertainment have made the bold choice to give them their own film.
The narrative follows the beginning of the minion race, where yellow single-cell organisms turn into beings whose only purpose in life is to serve the most evil and ambitious villains known to man. Where better place to find an evil villain than the villain convention! Our guess is that this is where the brilliant and hilarious relationship between Gru and the minions starts.
UK viewers will be pleased to know that we do not have to wait until the July 10 release date, as our release date for Minions has been pushed forward to June 26 2015. Take a look at the official poster courtesy of Illumination Entertainment below!
