Lou Ferrigno made his name starring as The Hulk on TV in two separate shows spanning two decades. He also played him in multiple movies until Marvel decided that they wanted to reboot the character with first Eric Bana and then Edward Norton replacing him in the lead role.
Ferrigno wasn’t forgotten however and voiced the big green version of Bruce Banner in the Edward Norton incarnation in Hulk. We use the term “voiced” very loosely, more roaring and shouting really.
He also featured in Joss Whedon’s Avengers Assemble as Mark Ruffalo’s alter-ego and it has been confirmed today that he is going to be back in its sequel, Age of Ultron out in April next year.
