And ooh OOOOH they might just well be! Rumors have been hovering around recently of the Sanderson sister’s return to the 1993’s cult classic ‘Hocus Pocus’ in a new sequel. And who didn’t LOVE that movie when they were young?!
Oh yes. Apparently, according to moviehole, Disney is “quietly developing” this little concoction titled ‘Hocus Pocus 2: Curse of the Elderwitch’ but there’s no confirmation yet if the original witches Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and and Kathy Najimy are cast.
A very young Thora Birch also starred in the movie and director Kenny Ortega went onto bigger (arguably not better) Disney project ‘High School Musical’ – so let’s hope they all haven’t outgrown their witch’s boots and come back to Salem Massachusetts to cause havoc once more! *ends with generic witch cackle*
