From ‘Leon’ and ‘The Fifth Element’ director Luc Besson comes the new, dark action comedy The Family.
Robert De Niro plays Mafia boss Giovanni Manzoni who breaks the scared code of omerta and sells out his crew. With a new identity of Fred Blake Giovanni and his family flee to France under the witness protection program. But it isn’t long before the Manzoni clan begin to fall back into old habbits, settling matters in a manner they have always been accustomed to.
The mob however have an exceptionally good memory, and soon come knocking with old scored to settle.
