Ellen DeGeneres To Lend Voice For Finding Nemo 2?

She voiced the forgetful fish Dory in the original Finding Nemo; now Ellen DeGeneres is in talks to return to the ocean for the sequel! Find out more here!

Pixar sequels are very tricky to get right. Sometimes the team over at Pixar can get them spot on just like in Toy Story but on the flip side they can also get them very wrong! (Let’s just forget about Cars altogether shall we?) However, as much as some of us loathe the idea; Finding Nemo 2 is definitely in production and fingers crossed it excels like its predecessor!

Along with the original director-writer Andrew Stanton; Ellen DeGeneres has entered negotiations to return as the voice of the forgetful yet loveable fish Dory. Although nothing has been finalised; if DeGeneres does come back as Dory, we can guarantee that Finding Nemo 2 will be a splash! Nonetheless, because this is a Pixar animation the narrative has been kept under wraps. What we do know is that Albert Brooks’ Marlin will return as his overprotective self but maybe there will be a fishy wedding on the cards? Who knows?

The original Finding Nemo will be re-released in 3D in March but the sequel will not arrive until 2016. Guess we will just have to keep speculating… or swimming! … That was lame.
