Almost two decades after super model Jerry Hall decided to hang up her wings as the face of Thierry Mugler‘s iconic fragrance, Angel, daughter Georgia May Jagger has just been handed her own set of wings as the new of Angel. “It’s very exciting to become the new face of the Angel woman… 19 years after my mother!” said Jagger.
According to a press release, the 22-year old Georgia May represents a “new era in the Angel legend.” That is most definitely without a doubt, having a Mugler model mother and showing off a new rock attitude with thanks to her father Mick Jagger, a match made in heaven.
Jagger is no stranger to beauty campaigns; she is the face of Rimmel cosmetics and has also shared a campaign with mother Hall for H&M‘s ‘Togetherness’ campaign. Georgia May has revealed to having an affinity with her latest brand; “Angel is very connected to my childhood, and it continues to fascinate me as much as ever.”
The new campaign featuring Georgia May Jagger is set to launch on July 1st.
