A new exciting collaboration that will have fashion lovers the world over in high anticipation is that between the Textile Federation and ASOS.com.
The Textile Federation invited students from selected universities and colleges (which included University of Arts London and Instituto Marangoni) to participate in designing a print that will be part of ASOS‘ S/S14 collection. The collection titled ‘Fashion Meets Art‘, which stated in the brief for students was to create an abstract or illustrative artistic design, that was inline with the youthfulness and ASOS customer.
The Textile Federation in-house team will shortlist the best designs and post them on the ASOS.com website, for the customer to vote for their favourite design. The winners will each receive £500 per print design and be able to see their work part of the ASOS collection.
