British model and actress Suki Waterhouse brings back an essence of the Spice Girls, in her designs for Superga.
In her very first design collaboration (most likely not her last, as she frequently appears on best dressed lists), for the Italian brand she has created a collection of three platform sneakers, which she is also the latest campaign star for. The collection gives a real British girly vibe.
Available in “sugary blue,” “sugary pink” and a red/purple combo, each pair is covered in big hearts going across the platform. Waterhouse told Elle UK her inspiration came from walking around Paris. Waterhouse explained, “In the end, I went for something bold and girlish”. Which indeed she did.
The collection hits stores and the brand’s website in August, However, sadly, they may only be available for purchase in the UK — A Superga rep is yet to confirm.
