Italian fashion house Versace is reportedly in talks with Belgian designer Anthony Vaccarello to make him the next guest designer of its Versus label, following in the footsteps of British designers Christopher Kane and JW Anderson who have designed capsule collections for the brand.
“I’m always looking out for new talent, but I can’t comment on these latest rumours,” Donatella Versace told British Vogue. “All I will say is that I was very lucky with Christopher Kane and I’m very proud of him.“
Paris-based Vaccarello has already established a reputation for his edgy designs and skin-tight dresses, a look that would definitely suit the sexy Versus aesthetic.
