Kim Kardashian has joined the likes of Barack Obama, Rihanna and Pablo Picasso, having now been immortalised in the Madame Tussauds hall of fame in the most fitting depiction possible: taking a selfie!
It took a lengthy four months and a hefty bill of £150,000 to sculpt the figure, which is sure to be as preened and perfected as the star herself. Paying close attention to detail, the waxwork represents Kim at her most iconic, highlighting her affinity for taking selfies and dressing the star in the Balmain dress she wore to her 2014 bachelorette party.
Kim has vocalised great approval for the figure, declaring: “OMG how amazing is my@MadameTussaudsLondon wax figure!!! It’s perfection! Thank you @BalmainParis & @olivier_rousteing for making my fave dress! I can’t wait until I can fit into the same dress & go take a selfie with my wax figure!!!! So cool you can actually take a selfie with her!!!”
