While many have tried to emulate the success of the world’s first, and best fusion of snow and sound, no one has come close to it. Between the 9th – 14th April 2018 there will be another memorable week of pistes, parties and unique community spirit. Snowbombing, Austria is undeniably one of the world’s must-visit festival destinations.
Based in Mayrhofen, Austria, and up a massive mountain 8,497 FT above the ordinary! Snowbombing is within one of the finest ski resorts in Europe. With world class acts, insane venues (think Igloo rave, enchanted forest party, tennis club turned super club). Blue runs, black runs, beer runs. Add special appearances from Eddie The Eagle, throw in a pool party, a celebrity butcher named ‘Hans’, and whack a luxury jacuzzi on every other rooftop. If this year – or any other for that fact – were anything to go by, the lineup would be an abundance of world class acts across the week. Chase & Status headlined this year with Run the Jewels, Courteeners, Slaves and Blossoms also making an appearance. The heavyweight DJ lineup was also jam packed full of the best names in the industry, such as; Groove Armada, MK, Gorgon City, Andy C and much more.
