Everyone has heard of Black Veil Brides. Whether you’re a fan of their music, a fan of Andy Biersack (Sixx) or not a fan at all, you still know who they are. One of the main reasons for their fame is their striking appearance, which consists of a ridiculous amount of makeup and unique fashion sense.
As makeup tutorials are such a big trend still, we thought we’d show you our top 5 Black Veil Brides inspired makeup tutorials and how to recreate them. Whether you’re going to a gig or fancy dress party, their makeup is surprisingly easy and straighforward to create.
Michael James
Michael is a frequent YouTuber, as it shows in his take on Andy Biersack’s infamous look. The tutorial is well explained and in-depth, as well as using makeup that most of us own already! Ideal.

Beauty Lust Makeup
Shauna’s tutorial is a little different. Whether you want a toned down version of the BVB look or just typical gothic makeup, this tutorial is for you. We love that Shauna adds some bright red lipstick as, lets face it, BVB’s makeup is rather pale.

DesiDecay
DesiDecay’s makeup tutorial shows you how to get BVB bassist, Ashley Purdy’s look. Purdy’s makeup focuses more on the face, as opposed to Biersack’s in which the eye makeup is the key component. This tutorial is perfect for standing out from the rest, as we can guarantee everyone else will replicate Andy’s look.

Karlakl16
This is another Ashley Purdy makeup tutorial, but Karlakl16 zooms the camera in giving us a better look at each part of the look. She also uses accessories (bandana = genius!) to further the authentic BVB getup.

Pinkstylist
This is another of our favourite Andy Biersack inspired tutorials, as it’s one of the more professional videos we found. Pinkstylist uses a similar technique to Michael James but both are equally as effective and easy to follow.
So, you’re really spoilt for choice here but let us know how you get on if you are brave enough to attempt any of these looks. We would love to see the finished look so leave a comment below or post a picture on our Facebook page by clicking here!
