It goes without saying that metal/rock gigs have a tendency to get slightly crazy sometimes, be it reckless stage diving, brawls between fans and security or crazy stunts from the band members themselves, there's always something going on. Some pretty memorable things have happened at shows and festivals in the past few years, from hilarious stunts to straight up dangerous ones, so keep reading to discover five of the craziest things we have seen at gigs.

Something pretty crazy would have to happen in order to get UK Vans Warped Tour halted, wouldn’t it? Anyone remember the Watsky and Wax stage accident at UK Vans Warped Tour? George Watsky climbed up onto the lighting rigging during his performance and then tried to jump into the audience. This didn’t go to plan though, the crowd parted and fans were injured, someone was even left with a broken arm! Don’t get us wrong, stage diving is great fun, but it’s risky as hell and can go really wrong.
