The four piece pop punk band Moose blood are rapidly making their way into the spotlight with compelling songwriting and boundless energy. Ahead of schedule Moose blood have released their song ‘Cheek’ which is on their new album Blush which is being released this Friday. Not only have the band got a new album being released they will also be traveling to different HMV stores across the UK to performsmall-scalee shows. And if you don’t get the chance to see them on a fantastic small scale performance Mooseblood are set to tour around the UK in October.

Small scale shows are always different to those on a larger stage, there is a chance for more intimacy with the band and you get the chance to see a side of the band which doesn’t adapt to the high adrenaline big stage setting and get to see them for them. Here are 3 reasons why it would be great to see Mooseblood at one of their HMV shows.

  1. You’re in HMV, there’s nowhere to hide, no back stage no hidden door, you’re there with the band probably less than a foot away and suddenly the show takes a whole new dimension. You get to see the band in a more natural habitat where nothing is built up and get to see the band without that stage front.
  2. In a majority of shows taking place on a small scale, in a store they are usually acoustic sets, this means you’ll get to hear Mooseblood in a different light and something which may not have been heard before.
  3. Being so close and personal with Mooseblood anyway you will most likely get the chance to at least get a few words in with the band which is definitely not the regular experience you can get at a larger scale concert.

Check out ‘Cheek’ below as a preview of what’s to come on the album Blush which is being released this Friday.
