Bad Rabbits are one of those acts who have managed to appeal to an incredibly wide audience. Their pop/r&b sound has seen them perform everywhere from rock festivals to supporting huge rap superstars on tour and recently has even seen them working with a big name in the metal world . It’s quite rare for a band to have this much crossover appeal, so when we bumped into them at this years urban music based Wireless Festival, we decided to find out more.
We caught up with guitarist Graham Masser and vocalist Dua Boakye to find out how this crossover all started, how they have found the reception from playing to different genre crowds and talk about how they started working with metal giants, Deftones. We also ask their opinions on Kanye West’s recent statement at Glastonbury Festival declaring he was the “greatest living rockstar”.
