Last night saw Glasgow’s SSE Hydro host one of the world biggest music events, the MTV European Music Awards. Hosted this year by Nicki Minaj, the show saw performances from Ariana Grande, Alicia Keys, U2, Enrique Iglesias, Charli XCX, Royal Blood, , Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj and many more.
Source: Getty/ MTV PRBig winners this year included Ariana Grande who picked Best Female and Best Song for ‘Problem’, Katy Perry who picked up Best Look and Best Video for ‘Dark Horse’, One Direction won Best Pop and Biggest Fans and 5 Seconds Of Summer picked up Best New and Best PUSH.
The Global Icon award went to Ozzy Osbourne and was celebrated with a performance of his classic hit ‘Crazy Train’ from Biffy Clyro’s Simon Neil, Slash and Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators.
