Leona Lewis performed at the Summer Gala last night in The Algarve, Portugal.
The singer, who has been relatively quiet as of late, took to the stage to perform at the annual event. Ne-Yo performed in 2013, and Michael Bolton and Lionel Richie in recent years, too.
During an interview at the event, Lewis thanked her Portuguese fans for all the support they have given her, and how they are a nation of very supportive people.
Aside from this event, Lewis has been performing at some other gigs, such as in Malta a couple of weeks ago. Her rendition of Naughty Boy‘s ‘La La La’ at the World Music Awards in May was broadcast in the UK last week.
Lewis performed several new covers, signature tracks of her own, and even performed a song from her ‘Glassheart’ album for the first time!
