It has been rumoured that a possible return for the popular ITV show Stars In Their Eyes with Harry Hill as the new host is in the works.
The show launched back in July 1990 with Leslie Crowther as the original presenter as the show was a prime time regular on Saturday nights until late 2006. Matthew Kelly and Cat Deeley became regular hosts of the show which won four NTAs (National Television Awards) and pulled audiences of millions for its live finals.
A spokesperson for ITV confirmed that talks with Hill were under way for future projects, adding “We love working with him, but there are no confirmed programmes commissioned at this stage.“
